The Super 8 in Yucca Valley is the quietest and most comfortable in all the area. Everyone should stay when they come to town here.

Traveling as Couple
Would definitely stay again. Has a nice smaller pool. Rooms are very clean and contain both a refrigerator and microwave. Fast/free wireless internet.Management is friendly and accomodating. Very nice if you are coming in from the highway. Clean rooms, decent beds. Too far from the marine base if you are staying for more than one night.

My first impression was worrisome as the lobby and hallway smelled of strong cigarette smoke but our room was clean and no smoke order. The front staff was helpful with suggestions for dinning and on directions to the Marine base where we were to pick up our son. I would rate this an overall good experience. ...read more

Solo Traveler
The Motel is in a fairly good location, within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and a Bank of America. I did not like that the room, halls, and lobby all wreaked of cigarettes. Check out was at 11am, yet I went to check out at 10:15 and the girl at the counter said "oh I thought you were part of a large group and checked you out early this morning". When I arrived at the Motel the day before there was a man yelling at the check-in about having been checked out and his room rented to some one else. Fortunately that did not happen to me. But check out should not occur until I come to check out in person. Also it was listed that all the rooms had a/c, cable, refrigerator and microwave. Initially my room's a/c was broken. The room I ended up with had not refrigerator or microwave and that was a disappointment. I don't think I would recommend the Super 8 to a friend. Traveling as Couple
Hotel was good. Had a problem at checkout. Somehow were not in the computer system. Had to re-do registration then we were able to checkout.
